Announcements!
- CrossFit open starts Wednesday March 6th, Please sign up here under High Desert CrossFit Affiliate.
- Paleo challenge ends on Friday March 8th. Make sure you are tracking your progress daily as we will be collecting all the sheets so we can determine the winner.
- We are ordering t-shirts and hoodies both in pull over and zip up. If you want to reserve your shirt or hoodie e-mail mark@highdesertcrossfit.com or let us know on face book. These will go fast!

1a) 3XME Strict Pull-ups – rest 60 sec.
2a) 3X10 Strict GH Raise – fast on the way up then 5 sec. count back down, rest 60 sec. (no swing, start from a position parallel to the floor) DEMO VIDEO
