We will have the regular 4,5 and 6 pm class tonight.

Skill: 3 Minutes of Kettlebell snatches (1/1.5 pood)

Strength: Weighted Pull-Ups 10×2

W.O.D.

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

3 Handstand push-ups

6 Squat cleans (75/115#)

9 Box jumps (20/24″)
