    Back squat, 1 rep @ 295lbs
    Shoulder Press, 1 rep @ 155lbs
    Deadlift, 1 rep @ 345lbs

    Max Vertical (with 1 step)= 48″
    Max Vertical (stationary start) = 45″
    Charles and Rick, that was a blast!
    (excluding my last attempt!)

    Burpee Challenge is up to 11 today, fyi.
    I just had to do 45 to get back on pace!
